These magnets are often known as floristry magnets or buttonhole magnets, which are great for a number of different tasks including MRO and DIY tasks. You can also conceal one magnet inside the floristry tape and use another magnet behind the lapel to hold the buttonhole/corsage securely. If you need to secure these into place using an adhesive we recommend using something that will bond to metal and whatever surface you want to attach the magnet to.

Safety with Neodymium Magnets

Due to their strong magnetic properties neodymium magnets can be dangerous, especially small magnets around small children. If swallowed they can block respiratory and digestive tract. Larger magnets, generally the size of your palm will affect anything magnetic or electronic in their vicinity. Never put large magnets near computers/laptops. They will also wipe off information on magnetic strip cards (credit cards).

All neodymium magnets are brittle and will break, chip, crack or shatter if allowed to slam together or to a iron/steel surface.
